Carlo started iKiteboarding.com (formerly known as kitesurf.co.za) in November 2000 - at about the same time that he started kitesurfing.

At the time he couldn’t find any kiteboarding websites with good content - the only ones available were product websites and a few forums.

As a photographer, writer, artist and computer programmer - it seemed only natural to combine all his talents and create a website about kiteboarding.

With hard work and lots of help from the kiteboarding community, iKiteboarding.com has grown into one of the biggest kiteboarding websites in the world.
