1. Take your front hand off the bar and edge. Pull the kite with speed back to 1 o clock if you are riding left

2. pop hard and grab the nose with your front hand and launch

3. turn your head over you front shoulder and initiate a front spin

4. enjoy the flight and keep spinning, keep the kite at 12 or 1

5. you grabed enough, now concentrate on the last half of the 360spin

6.-7. pull the kite forward towards 3 o clock

7.-9. spot your landing and pull the kite forward to ride on with speed

Key Points:
- pull the kite not as hard back as on a high jump, maximum 12 o'clock in strong winds or 1 or 11 o'clock in lighter winds
- pause the kite above you ideally at 12 and keep the bar level
- use pop or a small wave to get lift
- use your shoulders to rotate and don’t stop rotating
