Winkle Toti Winkle wrap up

The annual Winkle-Toti-Winkle event took place yesterday, with this year being the first year the wind delivered for the kiters.  A steady, warm north easterly picked up just after 12 and the group of eager kiters headed off to Amanzimtoti Main Beach. The group of about 12 set off and treated the packed South Coast coastline to a great display of kiting while enjoying the scenery. The pictures below were captured by Bruce Chrystal as the group passed Warner Beach on their way to Winkle, where they continued into an expression session for the crowds.
A big thank you to the event organisers for incorporating kitesurfing, and we look forward to growing the event next year to incorporate more sponsors and entrants.
