10 minutes from airport, turn right out of airport and drive down to the Le Penina Golf Course, turn right, drive through Golf Course and into the grounds of Aggie Greys Lagoon Beach Resort and Spa, turn left down small road leading to Aquasamoa.
If staying in town you will need transport to get there or Aquasamoa will pick you up - call them on 45662 or 7774744. If staying at Aggie Greys Lagoon Beach Resort and Spa it is on - site.
Stayed at the Resort. There are really good deals from Australia and New Zealand including airfares, accommodation and all meals.
Bars, CLubs and Restaurants in Town (Apia) - need transport or take a Nightlife tour from the Resort. Best restaurant Bistro Tatau.

Wind is up from April to November, this is also the best time to visit Samoa.
Water temp about 26 to 28 degrees, chop when windy, waves at the reef. Large lagoon in front of resort with about 2kms to the reef - plenty of space and wind. One of the4 best spots I've been to.
Some rocks close to shore in some parts. Ask at the watersports centre for best launch area.

One of the best kite locations I have found. Very little known as Samoa is only starting out as far as tourism is concerned so you can often have the lagoon to yourself. Will be a hot spot as more people find out.
Large area for rigging and various areas along Resort foreshore for launching.
