ASk for Ilha de Praia ...it's on the "wild side of the bay of Luanda.
Ideally try and stay at a hotel on the ilha and not in town. Taxi or chuaffered vehcile ..it's pretty difficult to hire a car.
President Hotel in the Bay ...it's bloody expensive but the food is AWESOME $US 50 a meal and $US 150 per night.

AWESOME every day at 09h00 the wind would come up to between 14 - 14.1 knots and stay that way till sun down. Wind is SE cross on shore.

Warm water 26 degrees, slight chop but smooth on the inside due to sprits of break water that go out from the Ilha

no locals only international guys that were working on boats etc that kite
none ...youhave to take everything yourself ...I mean spares as well
don't drop your kite if you are kite past the ilha ...there is no rescure and the other sode of the bay is about 30 kilomer's away !!
It's best if you make contact with a ex pat or some kind of local knowledge ...don't go out of your hotel at night !!!!
beach is ok, watch out for the marauding locals ...they don't see too many kites so it's a big novelty.
