average are 13-18 knots, usually pretty stable because the islands are in the middle of the gulf
End of august and september is the best time because the wind is perfect and the water is still warm ( 18 Celsius)
THe islands are shapped like a croissant and depending on the wind direction, you can always access the best spot. Wheter you want flat water or waves.

The islands were the host of the first PKRA in North America. The wind conditions are usually awesome and the sceanery is very unique. All these little coloroued houses, flourishing hills... If it was a little warmer, it'd be kiter's paradise !
There are 300 km of white sand beaches around the archipelago. You can also go in the lagoons (closed water surface)
