From each airports take the Panamerican highway to the North until the town of La Cruz, very close to the Nicaraguan border. Once there, take the only street to Bahia Salinas and after 7 miles you'll arrive to Playa Copal that is on the right
If you want to be free to go around the country, a 4 whell drive is the best vehicle. But if you want to travel with a low budget, local buses are good and relly cheap
Acommodation is at the kite center 2000, just 150 mts. away from the kite beach of playa Copal, with the view of the beach and wind conditions. It's avaialble a kitchen, free safety box, kite equipment storage
Some miles away there is a very tipical little restaurant where you can eat fresh fish with rise, for less then US$4!

accomodation is about $12/15 per night. You can cook your own food at the kite center.
playa Copal has side-on shore winds, no waves, between 15 to 30 knots every day
I live here. Best period is between beginning of November to end of May. July is also excellent. Best wind, best weather
water is 28 degrees celcius, a shorty is used only some days of the year. Water is choppy with more then 22 knots.
not at all. All the bay is completely empty. Just look out for the giant turtles!

The only kite center is at playa Copal: Kite surfing center 2000. Provide kite repairs, gear for rent and sale.
wind is blowing 24 hours a day! Can be gusty over 25 knots, but no problems with 4 lines kites. If you want to kite every day take with you also 9 meters or smaller kites! Spot is very safe.
beach is not very big but enough to launch and land the kites. Beach is sandy but there are stones and shells, so water shoes are suggested
