If you fly to porlomar then its 10 mins to Playa El Yaque and then a short (20 mins) boat ride to Coche Island with the Hotel EL Yaque Paradise.
There are enough taxis and are very cheap the town is only 5 mins from the kite area.
Hotel Coche Paradise is the best hotel on the island but if you are looking for something more simple but on the beach then book the Kiters Cabanas.

Its very relaxed as the Nightlife is limited but its rocks for Kiting. There is a cool resturant in the town called Bohio and offers super fresh fish at an amazing price.
In the day you will want to hang out in the very cool Kiters Paradise Cafe/Bar as it has all you need to have a great vacation Kitesurfing..
