Manta teaches lessons all year in warm southern Califonia weather conditions.
somertime water conditions require only a swim suit. Spring and Autumn conditions require a 3mm shorty surf suit and Winter conditions require only a 3mm full surf suit.
Lessons are offered on the flat bay water and private riding can be done in the Pacific ocean during Spring, Autumn and Winter months. Just check in with the lifeguards is its allowed that day.
Average kite sizes in the spring and summer is 15-25m.
Average kite size in the Autumn and Winter season is 12-20m kites
Bring your mid size to large board or go to a larger kite than I have listed.
All year is good.
Most consistant days are summer, however stronger winds are Autumn and Winter with the weather fronts that come in.
