The airport is in Lisbon. There you can rent a car or just catch the bus or train to Caparica. Then there is a beach train (only between May and September) or a car park in the Nova Vaga Beach.

The center is located in the 1st kitebeach (Nova Vaga Beach), near Costa da Caparica, only 20 km from Lisbon. There tou can have lessons, rent equipment or just have fun kiting... It has a bar (Tartaruga bar) where you can eat some snacks).
Water temp: 18º to 21º (in summer), wind from 10 to 25 knots (recommended a set of 3 kites);
