Water Culture is a Pro-Kiteboarder Operated entity offering PASA/IKO certified instruction and lessons geared towards both safety and progression. With kitiing being one of the fastest growing sports locally, we do all we can to preserve our access and maintain good relations with our locals / county officials.

Average kite size year round is 12 M, we have a wide variety of conditions from flatwater, to waves, and downwinders. We can access nearly every wind direction that the Pinellas Peninsula has to offer and winds average around 15-20knts.

Our Winds are Frontal Generated and in the winter months can be quite brisk, summer time is quite the opposite with rarely any wind. Gulf of mexico never drops below 60 F. and usually stays above 70 F.
