Jörn Kappenstein and Werner Buschmann are two of the pioniers of Kitesurfing. 18 km x 2,5 km area of shallow water, (apx. 1,0 m deep) With SW Wind 18 km downwind runs possible. Kiting also in the wintertime possible. Water temperatur in April apx. 10 °C, in summer up to 25 °C - No waves- windrange from 6-30 Knts - Average Kitesize is 14 sqm.
