Lessons begin at $72.50 per hour with a three hour minimum for beginners, $70 per hour for intermediates with a three hour minimum, and $80 per hour for advanced lessons with a three hour minimum.

Kiteboarding School of Maui is one of the first operations in the USA to offer kiteboarding instruction and the first permitted school on Maui. We are the only Maui operation to offer lessons and retail gear to the public. All of our lessons are private for safety reasons and to accelerate the learning results.
The average water temperature is 76 to 78 degrees F. The wave season takes place during our winter...November through April, although a southern hemisphere storm can create south shore waves during our summer.
The spring and summer and early fall winds range from 15 to 25 miles per hour. The winter winds are less predictable and range from a perfect 18 miles per hour to 40.
Best time to visit Maui for nearly 100% guarantee of winds is May through October.
