We offer Windsurfing & Kitesurfing lessons at “The Shack” on gorgeous Crown Beach Park in Alameda California. Not only do we enjoy the great summer thermal winds of the San Francisco Bay Area, but we have one of the best teaching locations in the world.
Crown Beach is the ideal place to learn both windsurfing and kitesurfing with shallow, warm water, a 2 mile long sandy beach, side onshore winds, sunny weather (most of the time), and lots of fun people to hang out with.
Average wind speed ranges between 12-17mph.
The season starts as early as March and continues through September
