We kite from may till september in a Island called Isola delle conchiglie, a perfect place with miles of swallow water and onshore winds, we get ther by motorboat that is used also as resque boat.
In bad weather conditions we go at the end of Tagliamento river where kiteboarding as other activities are not allowed, but tollerated.
From the end of september till april the wole beach of Lignano,about 10 km are good for kiteboardin in onshore winds.
All kite sizes are used, from 7mt till 20mt kites, in summer time the most used kite size is from 16 to 20, in winter from 7 till 14
We kite all year in Lignano, but in winter time it could be really cold, so better months are from march till november
