In average 20EUR per hour including equipment rental. The whole course containes 10 hours and costs 150EUR p.p.
The neares airport is Palanga, from there drive 25km to Klaipeda (biggest city on the lithuanian west coast), than to Priekule, than to Dreverna.
Accomodation is possible in Klaipeda (30km from Dreverna) or near the spot www.ventaine.lt

There is no center yet, but it's very popular by all Lithuanian kiters and beginners. The water is flat and shalow (kneedeep), no waves. Big and nice area to rig up kites (no problem for 20 and more kiters at once). Most used kite sizes are 16-14-12. Water temperature in summer reaches 20C.
The spot is also used by windsurfers.
