Lesson Rates The IKO format is used and lessons start at R150 per hour.

Description Cape Sports Center is Southern Africa's premiere kiteboarding center. With flat warm water, the center is ideally located to get you up and riding. IKO trained instructors at South Africa's only IKO Center will provide the training at the highest levels.

Water temps range from 14c -23c depending on where you are in the Lagoon.

The average kite is a 12m for a 70kg person.

Wind is best from all directions except an easterly.

The winds pomp from May til April and the Summer months are the most consistant.

The Center provides accommodation, rental and sales.
