We teach on an island located in Barnegat Bay, NJ. The island is located at least 1.5 miles from nearest land making the winds consistent in any direction. The island receives steady thermal winds in the summer. The average kite size is 12. Water in the bay is waist deep, butter flat and very warm june through september. Shorties may be needed in May and October.
