Conditions are best during the shoulder seasons. Summer has the lightest winds - around 8-10mphs. Spring and Fall are best. Average kite size is 12-15 meters. Average water temp is around 75 degrees. Waves are quite good during strong southwest/southeast winds. Plenty of flat water spots too.
